Well what do you know ? After a decade in which we have progressively educated an ever increasing percentage of our children we discover there is a lack of jobs. The degree in whatever, needs to be taken overseas or possibly into some form of slavery, oops internship, or even taking a post graduate gap year and helping some worth while cause in a jungle/swamp/desert with your new found knowledge of how to critique a Damien Hirst Art work, or which is the best soap opera for doing the ironing to.

Gotta love the socialisation of the educashun system.

The Government tries to tell me that my like is somewhat injurious to my health, I do not have the 'expertise' of the Governments Health department to substantiate any counter claim, so I ignore their advice. Well from that article I think I may well want to move to Japan, 25 units a week a light drinker 12 or 13 pints a week, not too bad a couple of pints on the way home from work :)
50 UNITS is a moderate drinker by the Japanese standard, that I think approaches normality, whereas here that makes you a raving alchy.

I think I will have a couple of my weekly allowance tomorrow when I get off :)

Somewhat miffed, I just read that the Air Traffic Controllers are going on Strike on Thursday, my relief is over a week late, no fault of his family bereavement, and is supposed to get here on Friday morning.
I really hope the strike does not come about.
